1. Warranty period for AERO-YO products.
For all AERO-YO products, including its components, the manufacturer sets the warranty period of 14 calendar days. During this period, in accordance with Article 18 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, in the case of deficiencies of the product and its components, the manufacturer shall satisfy of one of the following customer requirements:
Return of the goods (components) is performed by the manufacturer.
2. Date of commencement of the AERO-YO production warranty period.
By prior arrangement with the wholesale / retail purchaser (the direct customer of the manufacturer) warranty period for the AERO-YO production, commences on one of the following dates:
1. From the date of actual receipt of the product by the client directly from manufacturer. In this case, referred to in paragraph 1 examination is not necessary, provided there are no visible physical damage to the packaging and directly on the goods and there are no other circumstances precluding the warranty, otherwise the implementation of these requirements in paragraph 1 is not performed. These requirements are given to the manufacturer directly by the client in any of the day of the warranty period.
The manufacturer is not liable for the safety of goods during shipping, carried out by third parties.
2. From the date of product purchase by the end consumers (including retail and wholesale / retail consumers of the manufacturer’s direct customer.) In this case, referred to in paragraph 1 examination is mandatory. In this case, the requirements specified in paragraph 1 shall be brought by the end user directly to the customer of the manufacturer and then to the manufacturer on the same day of the final consumer’s request.
Upon receipt of inappropriate treatment as a commodity, the direct customer of the manufacturer makes the primary examination for visible mechanical damage of the goods (packaging may be missing), and other circumstances precluding the warranty. If any mechanical damage to the goods and other circumstances which exclude the warranty are identified – the requirements specified in paragraph 1 are not met.
3. Circumstances precluding the warranty.
The circumstances which exclude the warranty on the AERO-YO production include:
1. Visible mechanical damage on the packaging.
2. Visible mechanical damage to the product.
3. Faulty goods associated with excessive twisting of the halves.
4. Faulty goods associated with impacts on solid surfaces and objects during the play.
4. Dates to meet the requirements of the customer / user when detecting defects in the product.
Dates to meet the requirements of the customer / user when detecting defects in the goods shall begin from the date of receipt of the poor quality goods or part of the goods of poor quality by the manufacturer . In accordance with Article 21 of the Federal Law «On Protection of Consumer Rights” the dates are as follows:
1. Under the conditions described in paragraph 2 of subsection 1, the term of fulfillment of the requirements is 7 calendar days
2. Under the conditions described in paragraph 2, subparagraph 2, the term of fulfillment of the requirements is 20 calendar days.
5. Return and exchange of the AERO-YO production.
AERO-YO production is refundable / exchange.
Return / exchange of goods to final consumers is provided on the general conditions described in the Federal Law «On Protection of Consumer Rights” and is not regulated by the manufacturer.
6. Order of the AERO-YO production examination when selling to end users.
The manufacturer reserves the right to conduct examinations of the AERO-YO production when selling to end users for their direct customers. The order of pre-selling examination of the AERO-YO production is not regulated by the manufacturer.
